Although the documents are considered and investigated many times ; but reconsidering some of them will be so favorable for those people who are  researchers and want to find out realities .The following documents is written by Shoqi Afandi , the leader of deviant cult of Baha’ism of the chairman of the commission of the United Nations concerning Palestine in 1947; that is 66 years ago .Pay attention to this letter , respectable reader .Judge yourself .
The complete text of the letter which has been published in “Bahai News†magazine dated September 1947 and 7th issue of the magazine “Amri akbar†Bahai’s of Iran official publication in Aban 1320 in Iran (page 130)  is as follows:
Mr.Emil  Sendrastorm , the chairman of specific commission of the United Nations regarding Palestine issue :
The Excellency chairman :
I received your honorable letter dated July the 9th and I am pleased to find an opportunity to announce you and your respectable colleagues about the relationship between Bahai religion [creed] (religion is especially used for divine religions .Concerning Bab’ism , Baha’ism , vahab’ism , Qadian’ism which are in accordance with Sufi’ism and worshiping evil , the word religion can’t be used ) and Palestine and our thesis concerned with the changes that may be occurred for these holy lands .
I will attach and send you a brief explanation regarding the the history, aims and importance of Bahai religion [creed] and brief explanation about its opinions and beliefs concerning the current situation of the world and the changes and transformations to which we believe and hope to happen .
The situation of Bahai’s is to some extent individualistic in this
country ;Because while Jerusalem is the spiritual center for Christianity
world ; but disciplinary center of Rome cathedral isn’t [related ] to none of other religions of Christian faith and ;although to Muslims Jerusalem is a place in which one of the holiest Islamic positions has been located ; thus holy places of Muhammadian religion and a center where Muslims perform religious duty of Hajj has been located in Saudi Arabia land not in Palestine. Just Jewish people whose interest toward Palestine is nearly comparable to Bahai’s one .
(First , it should be noted that one of Bahai’s tricks was the one you were said .You observed that how a creed made by Russia and England is presented beside divine religions which have Kiblah , the holy book and prophet .
Second , Palestine possesses religious characteristics which are related to Judaism , Christianity and Islam .In fact it can’t be restricted by one of divine religions .For this specification they believe that the Jewish people can’t allocate Palestine to themselves , at all by replacing its changing name by the false name of Israel .) Because the remains of their holy temple has been located in Jerusalem , and in ancient history , this city has been the center for their religious and political institutes .By describing this issue , their halting place is different from Bahai’s one in one aspect ; because the Palestine land is a residence of the three greatest faces of Bahai religion .It is  not only a center of attention and pilgrimage of Bahai’s across the world (this explanation isn’t determinative of Bahai population ; but it is an impostrous trick which is
applied and used by all creeds for exaggeration ) ; but also a permanent seat for disciplinary order of Bahai’s where I am proud to be its chairman …
Our aim and doctorine is the establishment of public peace in the world and our desire and purpose is observing the expansion of justice in all rnks of humane community including in political affairs .For instance , a large number of the followers of our creed are of descendants of Jewish people and Muslims and Bahai religion hasn’t been bigoted towards none of these two groups and we , as Bahai’s , are so enthusiastic and inclined to reconcile them in favor of them jointly according to their own good and the country .
But an issue which is important for us in making decision for the future of Palestine is that a person which is going to govern Heyfa and Aka should be aware of this note that the spiritual and disciplinary center of a creed of the world has been located in this region .The independence of this creed and the authority of directing its international affairs by this center and also Bahai’s rights from all countries for traveling to above-mentioned area for pilgrimage (with the same privileges which Jewish , Muslim and christen people have regarding pilgrimage ) must be recognized officially and be kept and regulated forever .The Excellency Bab’s tomb in Kermel mount (It is certain that Ali Muhammad Bab was eaten by dogs and wolves after execution and nothing
remained to be transferred to Kermel mount ) and the Excellency Abdul Baha’s tomb is at that place and eastern  Bahai’s inn is located beside those expanded lands and garden nearby those tombs (which all of them are free for all the people from every country and religion to visit )and the western Bahai’s inn is located in the mountainside of Kermel mount and the residence of the leader of Bahai community and different houses and gardens are located  in Aka and nearly regions which has been dominated by the Excellency Baha Allah at that city  and the auspicious garden the Excellency Baha Allah is situated in a garden near Aka including his auspicious palace where it has been recently changed into a historical museum (and both these places are free for people from every country and religion to enter and visit ) and also Bahai’s properties located in Aka plain .
All of mentioned –above properties belong to Bahai’s in the holy land .It is also should be noted that most of these properties have been exempted to pay taxes by the government and municipality because of religious aspects and an part of these expansive properties belong to Palestine branch of Bahai’s national and spiritual coterie of North America and Canada which are recognized and documented as a religious association according to the country rules .Other national and spiritual coteries will also take possession of a part of
this creed’s international endowed properties in holy lands by their branches in Palestine in the future .
According to above-mentioned issue I beg you and your colleagues who are members of commission to consider and to ingratiate the maintenance and guardianship of Bahai’a rights in your recommendations to the United Nations organization regarding the future of Palestine .
Meanwhile , I take the opportunity to appreciate you due to your intimacy spirit expressed in your researches concerning agitated situations in this holy land .I say prayer with extreme hope for a quick and fair solution to be taken for removing abstruse things regarding Palestine issue by your efforts and right ideas.
