Bab’s error in figuring out the history and Baha’s prejudice in the justification of this error

Bab Abdul Baha David

Bahaismiran: Ali Muhammad Shirazi (Bab) has made an obvious error in one of his works called “Dalael-al-Sabeh” which is considered as the work of God’s revelation buy his followers. He has thought that “the prophet David “has lived a long period of time before the Excellency Moses; while David is considered as one of the kings and prophets of children of Israel and according to the holy Quran and the old Testament he has lived before Moses. Ali Muhammad writes in this regard:

“Look at David’s Ummah, they were educated in the book of Psalms to reach the peak of perfection. Then when Moses appeared the well-informed believed and the rest remained.” Bab’s followers paid dear for it; but they didn’t asked him during the period of time when he was alive. When Bab died, they were repeatedly asking Bahaullah: Is it possible for David to emerge before Moses?”

Instead of being fair and confess Bab’s error, Bahaullah dogmatized and defended Bab and wrote in Ishraqat:

“It is continually asked whether the Excellency David has emerged before Moses or not. Bab has stated that David has emerged before Moses and it is against the books.”

“It is deserved for the servants to testify Bab’s statement since everybody is unaware of what he says except God.”

Didn’t Bahaullah know that historical error isn’t deniable and is different from wisdom? Yeah, he was aware of this issue; but he had forgotten leaving bigotry and the investigation of truth. However when Abdul Baha found this obvious error in Bab’s works justified and wrote:

“It is written in Bab’s tablet that David has emerged after Moses; but the truth is that there had been two Davids : one before Moses and the other after him.

This explanation shows that Abdul Baha had been ignorant and bigot because Bab’s statement was about David the owner of the book of Psalms. There hasn’t been any David in history except nhim.
