In many instances, a claimant who is the founder of the cult is at the top of organizational structure of the cult. The process of decision making is concentrated on him/her. The head of the cult and the claimants are often men; but there are the women who had claimed to be. In most instances, the attracted people to the cult are too passionate with the head that they believe he/she has divine rank or prophet or Imam. In this article, it is intended for the head of the cults’ behaviors and functions to be investigated. What are the heads’ features? The heads of the cults are mostly suffered from mental disorders. They are self-appointed, fraudulent, claimant and deceitful who try to influence and control the members. They claim to have a special and heavenly mission and special knowledge. They have discovered light/ prosperity and curing illnesses and experienced new levels of awareness. They break the customs and possess personal and political powers. They claim to be special and elected. They inspire their followers they have come to help them or they claim to bring a new religion and they are mere ways to pass life path correctly.

They try to make commitment, time, energy, obedience, taking on responsibilities, submission, trust, belief and personal and occupational dependence. They offer attractive suggestions in order for the members to believe they possess high levels in scientific, philosophical, psychological or political views. Of course, a great part of this imaginations are made by old members of the cult. On the other side, the new members start repeating what have been repeated by the old ones. All of these psychological and mental factor applied by the head causes a person to be attracted to the cult and remained there for years. In fact, they are inspired to be in the cult by the decision made by the members; that is, nobody has told or forced them to be in the cult. In such circumstances, the cult gives new identity to the members to keep them; so, the person is introduced as a special and influential member by the head. He/she is given many responsibilities. He/she is granted special titles and is behaved warmly.
