At the beginning she was nagging: How expensive… Observe, 240 kilos of gold are used for this tomb to be built why isn’t it used and spent for the poor?! Nobody knows where the Excellency Zahra’s holy shrine is. They are building holy shrine for her using our money! They are taking our money to Iraq to expand the courtyards… to improve Iraq!!!

The woman sitting in front seat was nodding her head and the driver was complaining about the price of tire and rack…

I am usually silent in the taxi in order not to enter into discussion… but when I heard the name of the holy Household (peace be upon them), I couldn’t be quiet!

I said: Lady! The holy shrine for the Excellency Zahra (peace be upon her) isn’t being built. A courtyard in the Excellency Ali’s (P.H.) holy shrine has been called by her name… It isn’t forceful for anybody to spend money for building the holy shrine and the courtyard. Everybody who desires helps enthusiastically. Those holy shrines don’t belong to Iraq itself. They belong to all Shias and Islamic nations. Doesn’t Imam Reza’s holy shrine belong to all Shias?! This gold tomb is bestowed by the poor to be spent for the courtyards and holy shrines of the Household of the prophet (peace be upon them)…

She turned and said: The Baha’is are better than the Muslims. They are helping each other not to be poor.

(I figured out that the old woman was a Baha’i and she was saying those matters purposefully.)

I said: On the tomb of Bab’s resting place, 12000golden bricks have been used why don’t you take them to sell for the poor?!

She said: We are oppressed. We can’t educate and don’t have any job… What is our sin? We aren’t Muslims? We just have a modern religion. This is our sin!

I said: You are sinful because you are an organization not a religion… The organization tells you to whom you get married, to whom you speak, to what you think. They are educating you as spies and betrayal people since childhood… You aren’t even free to be in the occupied Palestine for 10 days… They know that you are too betrayal and bad-hearted! In which religion, a grave of a human being is prayed and bowed?!

You are speaking about the human rights while a Baha’i woman can’t inherit out of her husband’s properties! You must give all inheritance to the organization!!! You are too backward that a man can get married with his mother and sister and daughter except for his father’s wife! Because Baha wanted his wife not to be touched by his sons!!!

The Baha’i old woman was looking astoundingly and nervously… She said: Stop, I want to get off…
