The Babi king hasn’t come to perform the commandments yet. Thus, Hussein Ali Nouri is a liar in his claim. Ali Muhammad Shirazi writes in the book “the Persian Bayan”, chapter 16 unit 7, p. 262, line 13: “God has necessitated for each king in the Bayan faith to eliminate each person who doesn’t believe in the mentioned faith.

"اِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ فَرَضَ عَلی کُلُّ مَلَکٍ یَبْعَثُ فِی دِین البَیانِ اَنْ لا یِجعَلَ اَحَدٌ عَلی ارضِهِ مِمَّنْ لَمْ یُدْنِ بِذلِکَ الدّین..."

He also writes in the book “Arabic Bayan” page 31 line 8:

"ثُمَّ التّاسع، مَن یَبْعَثُ فِی ذلِکَ الدین مِنَ المَلِکِ یَبْنِی بِیْتاً لِلهِ عَلَی ابوَابِ خَمْسَهِ ثُمَّ تِسعین ثُمَّ فی تلقائه علی ابواب تسعین..."

A person who becomes a king in this religion (Babi religion) builds a house for God having five doors, then 90 doors…

     However, 20 years have passed from Bab’s death and Bab’s creed hasn’t been strengthened and the Babi kings didn’t emerged. Hussein Ali Nouri has been found and has violated the mentioned rules and calls himself as the promised one of the book “Bayan” and “the one whom God manifest! So, for whom have these commandments discussed by Ali Muhammad issued?
